About the Role
Compass Group - 3000 Wiregrass Ranch Boulevard - Responsibilities: Takes orders from customer and prepares items at the grill station; Completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations; Maintains sanitation standards and ensures safe food handling; Cleans, sanitizes and maintains all assigned work areas, equipment and utensils; Follows approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality and portion control
