About the Role
PGA TOUR Superstore - - Responsibilities: Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors; Assist Customers with club fitting, including selecting the right shaft, grip, and specifications for optimal performance; Maintain a working knowledge of all Front-End operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, lesson redemptions, loyalty program awards, discounts, promotions, coupons, etc.; Assist in keeping Hard Goods areas merchandise presence at a premiere stock and visual level to drive sales and the Customer experience; Provide consistent feedback to the Sales and Service Manager on operational and merchandising opportunities to maintain the best-in-class experience for our Customers
