McDonald's - 465 East Mills Avenue - Responsibilities: Run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonalds standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness; Lead a team of Department Managers and help them set and achieve their goals; Provide coaching and direction to improve Departments; Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build future leadership; Help ensure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future
