Dairy Queen - - Responsibilities: Increase sales by providing outstanding products and service by 5%.; Write an effective work schedule each week and post it by 3PM on Wednesdays with a 0-hour variance.; Work Quarterback position lunch, dinner and weekend with some nights with focus on speed of service in DT.; Ensure restaurant is 100% staffed with quality Team Members and managers and building strong benches for all positions.; Review the performance of all Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant Managers each quarter.
