This facility is seeking a Gastroenterology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule:24 hour on-call 7a-7a
- Practice Setting: Hospital Setting
- Type of Cases: Procedures include but are not limited to Colonoscopy, Biopsy, Polypectomy, Proctoscopy /Flexible Sigmoidoscopy, Upper Endoscopy, Esophageal Variceal Banding, Hemorrhoidal Banding, Banding Lesions, and Dilation.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 to 90 days
- Certification requirement: Board Certification, Basic Life Support and Drug Enforcement Administration
- Licensure: North Dakota

Responsibilities
- Perform gastroenterology procedures (colonoscopy, endoscopy)
- Provide on-call hospital-based gastroenterology care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to manage GI patients
Qualifications
- Board certification in Gastroenterology
- Active medical license
- BLS and DEA required
