Inpatient Gastroenterology Hospitalist

to join their well-established team in

Fort Wayne, Indiana

.
Specifics of The Role
Shift options:

7 on /7 off

or

14 on / 14 off, for a total of 26 weeks per year for 1.0 FTE
Schedule:

Monday through Sunday
Night Call coverage is on average 1 in 3 during your shift

with inpatient nocturnist APP taking first call
Consult only

GI inpatient service.
Cover only one hospital during the day

(2 hospitals at night)
Excellent support with 2 APPs and 2 RN physician extenders on the inpatient team seeing consults, arranging endoscopy, arranging follow up, etc.

Work up optimized for physician to quickly assess and treat
Highly competitive compensation package with earning potential up to near $700,000 annually

outpatient general gastroenterology, interventional gastroenterology ,

inpatient GI hospitalists, and IBD subspecialty gastroenterology , and

GI advanced practice providers

who have completed years of

specialized training in gastroenterology .
