~ Ability to leave hospital grounds during shifts, with 30-minute return time for emergencies
~ Hospitals located in residential areas with convenient nearby housing options
~ Epic EMR system
~ Teaching opportunities with medical students and residents
~ Visa sponsorship available
~ Currently utilizing AI ambient dictation technology (Microsoft DAX)
