The Kroger Company - th Avenue Southeast - Responsibilities: Develop adequate scheduling to balance customer volume with associate needs; Adhere to all local, state and federal health and civil codes; Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated by answering questions regarding products sold within the department and throughout the store; Gains and maintain knowledge of products sold within the department and be able to respond to questions and make suggestions about products; Inform and educate department associates about current, upcoming and special in-store promotions, especially promotions that affect the department
