About the Role
Main Event Entertainment - - Responsibilities: Monitoring activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe; Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service; Assisting guests with questions regarding point redemption; Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests; Partnering with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment
