About the Role
Kohl's - 2960 Decker Drive - Responsibilities: Lead merchandising team to deliver excellent customer service through sales floor merchandising, pricing and recovery.; Execute store merchandising standards following visual merchandising direction and adapt as needed in partnership with the Merchandising Manager.; Maintain a well recovered selling floor with clear, easy-to-understand product presentation for customers.; Replenish merchandise to maintain appropriate stock levels based on sell-through and seasonality.; Coach, teach and train merchandising associates to execute brand standards and merchandising direction.
