About the Role
Kohl's - 8500 Transit Road - Responsibilities: Execute operational processes including freight unload, receiving, processing product, stockroom management and omni channel fulfillment; Support inventory accuracy by timely and accurate completion of merchandise disposition practices; Maintain appropriate levels of product on the sales floor by processing incoming freight, managing an accurate stockroom and directing floor replenishment; Support the training processes for new hires on the operations team, ensuring associates are skilled on process best practices and inventory procedures; Support and partner with the merchandising team in store on merchandising incoming product, ensuring partnership on product placement and brand standards

- 3+ years preferred in retail operations
