About the Role
Soma Intimates - 1407 S Main Chapel Way - Responsibilities: Promotes customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to inquiries; Performs cash handling and basic operations activities including price changes, merchandise handling, and open/closing duties; Monitors associate sales activities and productivity; motivates and trains associates to achieve full; Supervises associates engaged in sales, inventory receipt, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers; prepares weekly schedules; Models sales expectations and communicates product knowledge to customers; builds and maintains customer following through clienteling and wardrobing
