Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Tuckerton, New Jersey. Provide orthopedic evaluations and treatments, develop individualized plans of care, supervise discipline-specific therapy services, and support patients returning to community activities. Participate in student training and professional development. Complete timely, accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and clinic requirements. Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred. Competence in comprehensive evaluations, 60-minute evaluations and treatments, goal writing, and documentation of functional quality indicators. Ability to complete documentation, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines. Experience working with orthopedic caseloads in outpatient clinics. Experience with student supervision and participation in clinical education.
