Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Mt Washington, Kentucky. Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment. Outpatient physical therapy experience as a licensed clinician within the last 3 years is required. No new graduates. Demonstrated competency in comprehensive evaluation, individualized treatment planning, goal writing, and timely documentation per clinic and payer requirements. Experience with outpatient documentation systems, charge entry, and letters of medical necessity preferred. Ability to supervise and provide direction to therapy aides, support staff, and students when assigned. Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule. no new graduates. The city is about 20 miles southeast of downtown Louisville, offering a 25–35 minute commute to cultural attractions such as the Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory and the Muhammad Ali Center. Mt Washington is within a 30–60 minute drive to Bernheim Forest and the Abraham Lincoln Birthplace National Historical Park, providing hiking, trails, and outdoor recreation.
