Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA. Active New York State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Demonstrated competency with resident evaluations, plan of care development, therapeutic exercise, gait training, and assistive device training preferred. Ability to document electronically using facility EHR systems preferred.
