Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Littleton, Colorado. Physical Therapist ~ Discipline: Therapy ~ Shift: 8 hours ~ Employment Type: Travel Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Littleton, CO at an outpatient facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Colorado Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Outpatient physical therapy experience required, including evaluation and development of individualized treatment plans and documentation of 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups as described by the client. Experience with documentation of letters of medical necessity, goal writing, functional quality indicators, and charge entry in compliance with payer and clinic policies. Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants, students, or support staff as appropriate. Knowledge of safe patient handling, infection control, and workplace safety practices. Experience working in outpatient clinics with productivity expectations and familiarity with student supervision and clinical education. Facility Type: Outpatient. Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule. Patient Visit Structure: 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment slots. Littleton, CO offers suburban living with easy access to outdoor recreation and urban amenities.
