Franklin County Jail – Louisburg, NC Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Sign-On & Retention Bonus Available

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily operations of the medical unit

Support, mentor, and guide nursing staff to promote teamwork and clinical excellence
Collaborate with providers to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Advocate for patients while maintaining ethical and professional nursing standards
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with facility, state, and SHP guidelines
