About the Role
Kohl's - 3080 Jaeger Road - Responsibilities: Create partnerships with store, law enforcement, and local network groups; Monitor customer and associate activities in the store and take appropriate action to prevent theft and recover merchandise through customer service in compliance with Company Guidelines; Conducts surveillance of external theft using CCTV surveillance equipment; Assist in internal theft investigations in compliance with Company Guidelines; Inform Supervisors and Store Management of shortage control opportunities
