Harris Teeter - - Responsibilities: Supervise up to 80 associates in the Fresh Foods Department; Assist the Department Manager with overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department; Interview and train associates; plan, assign, and direct work; assist in appraising performance; reward and discipline associates; Address complaints and resolve problems; perform duties of baker/fryer, cake decorator, Fresh Foods clerks, and chef as needed; Ensure compliance with Harris Teeter policies and standards
