PacSun - - Responsibilities: Assist Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, top-line sales driven, profitable and productive store location; Ensure execution of the Store's KPIs and policies, and motivate team members; Coach and provide feedback on Sales Associates' performance; Maintain a clean, organized store and stockroom, promoting a safe customer experience; Perform floor supervisor duties during non-peak periods and ensure operational tasks are completed
