PacSun - 2601 Preston Road - Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, top-line sales driven, profitable and productive store location; Display a customer-focused mindset at all times and ensure team delivers engaging, positive and authentic customer experiences; Handle customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures, escalate issues as appropriate; Maintain a clean, organized store and stockroom, promoting a safe environment to maximize customer experience; Coach and provide feedback on Sales Associate performance; support associate engagement and recognize outstanding performance
