What You'll Actually DoBuild and improve applications used in real business environments
Work across both front-end and back-end components
Design and support applications running in AWS-based environments
Own problems through resolution, not just implementation
Improve existing systems and help design new ones
Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term fixes
Collaborate with other engineers, leadership, and stakeholders
Help set the technical standard for quality and execution
What We Expect From Senior EngineersWe are looking for engineers who have developed strong instincts from experience. This includes people who:
Have spent 7+ years building and supporting production applications
Have significant hands-on experience working in AWS environments
Understand how applications behave beyond local development
Have worked on systems that required reliability and performance
Can independently work through complex technical problems
Have supported or mentored other developers
Take ownership and accountability seriously

Been responsible for deploying and maintaining production systems
Worked directly in cloud environments beyond basic exposure
Been trusted with meaningful technical responsibility
