TJX - 1200 Cooper Point Road Southwest - Responsibilities: Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor; Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles; Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded; Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor; Monitors productivity of team and coaches as necessary
