About the Role
Target - 5120 28th Street Southeast - Responsibilities: Understand sales goals, plan and execute daily/weekly workload to deliver department and store sales goals and guest engagement.; Work a schedule that aligns to guest and business needs (including early morning, evening, overnight shifts and weekends).; Assign daily tasks to hourly team members based on planned workload and guest traffic patterns, ensuring alignment with weekly and monthly business priorities set by your direct leader.; Assess Food Service back of house, production areas, dining spaces and merchandising spaces to ensure food safety and proper inventory levels.; Participate in team hiring and onboarding processes; establish goals and hold team members accountable to expectations.
