Target - 14823 Pomerado Road - Responsibilities: Understand sales goals and plan and execute daily/weekly workload to deliver department and store sales goals and guest engagement; Work a schedule that aligns to guest and business needs (early morning, evening, overnight shifts and weekends); Lead team of hourly team members including interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating and retaining talent; Follow all food safety requirements and cleaning routines, including monitoring and recording temperature sensitive food items; Remain up-to-date on relevant trends and products to educate team members
