Hyatt Hotels - - Responsibilities: Guest Guru: Always address guests by name, observe and respond to requests, and ensure service is complete.; Menu Master: Assist servers with presenting menus, answering questions, and making suggestions about food and beverage service.; Presentation Pro: Prepare baskets with condiments and sides, confirm orders are accurate and presentable, and serve to guests with a smile.; Operations Organizer: Monitor supplies, maintain stock, and keep kitchen/café areas clean and orderly. Assist servers in keeping service areas tidy, collect and maintain baskets, and relay kitchen times to servers/management.; Knowledge Keeper: Stay informed about the menu, drinks, specials, and unavailable items.
