About the Role
Albertsons - 54151 US HWY 2 E - Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily operations of the floral department to deliver high-quality products and customer experiences; Hire, train, schedule, and supervise floral team members to ensure proper coverage and performance; Design and create attractive, fresh floral arrangements for displays and customer orders; Manage department inventory, including ordering supplies, maintaining stock levels, and conducting monthly inventories; Monitor and achieve departmental financial goals, including sales, shrink, and labor targets
