The Kroger Company - 20903 Harper Avenue - Responsibilities: Implement all company and division policies to achieve maximum sales and profits in the Floral department.; Develop maximum customer relations by floral department personnel through personal example of friendliness and courtesy and implementation of all company policies.; Plan, organize, direct and control the activities of the Floral Department.; Direct the receiving, storing, pricing, and merchandising of all floral products.; Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports.
