Buckle - 17420 Hall Road - Responsibilities: Lead by example with high level of customer service and showmanship to achieve sales goals; Recruit, train, and develop Teammates to meet Buckle's standards; Own and manage visual merchandising and zone ownership including product knowledge and display; Oversee store operations including opening/closing, POS procedures, and Loss Prevention adherence; Communicate policy violations and provide feedback to Store Manager and Leadership Team
