About the Role
M&T Bank - - Responsibilities: Provide exceptional service to branch customers and resolve routine problems in a timely manner; Actively balance and process customer transactions accurately following Bank Policy; Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities; Engage in lobby management and greet customers, addressing immediate needs; Complete branch-related operational activities (e.g., cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers) and maintain internal controls
