Key Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst:
- Perform financial analysis to support strategic decision-making processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
- Analyze financial data trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement
- Assist in development in budgets and forecasts
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual and budgeted performance
Position Qualifications for the Financial Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
- 2 years of related Finance experience
- Access familiarity (++)
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence and teamwork.
- Integrity, enthusiasm, sensitivity, and stress management abilities.
- Strong decision-making skills and adherence to policies and procedures.
