About the Financial Analyst Role

The Financial Analyst will support core financial functions, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. This Financial Analyst role blends hands‑on accounting responsibilities with analytical insight, making it ideal for someone looking to deepen their financial expertise within a well‑structured organization. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accruals and journal entries to support month‑end close
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Track purchase orders (POs) and resolve discrepancies or issues
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal stakeholders
• Support data accuracy, controls, and financial process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst or accounting/finance role
• Strong experience with accruals, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working within financial systems
