This Financial Analyst role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large data sets, building financial models, and translating analysis into actionable recommendations.

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans

• Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports for leadership

• Analyze key performance indicators and identify trends, risks, and opportunities

• Support business development and operational decision-making through financial insights

• Partner cross-functionally with operational leaders to align financial and organizational goals

• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, consulting, or reimbursement

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills required

• Healthcare experience is preferred but not required

• CPA or Master’s degree is a plus

• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with operational leadership
