Finance Transformation - Project Manager (hybrid)
About the Role
Compensation: $115K to $135K
Work Model: Hybrid (2 days onsite | Eden Prairie, MN)

We’re partnering with a large, complex, multi-entity organization to identify a Finance Project Manager who will play a key role in driving cross-functional initiatives across finance and accounting.
This is a high-impact role focused on leading and coordinating finance-related projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and enterprise-wide standardization efforts.

What You’ll Be Responsible For• Leading and coordinating finance-related projects across multiple business units
• Driving timelines, deliverables, and accountability across cross-functional teams
• Partnering with accounting, finance, and operational leaders
• Supporting system implementations and finance transformation initiatives
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and standardization
• Communicating project status, risks, and key updates to leadership
• Translating finance and accounting requirements into structured project plans
• 5–8+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or project management
• Strong understanding of core finance processes (close, reporting, etc.)
• Experience leading or driving projects (formal PM title not required)
• Ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable operating in a matrixed, multi-entity environment
• Experience with finance transformation or system implementations
• Background in shared services or complex organizational structures
• Exposure to high-volume or commission-based environments
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and move initiatives forward
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• High visibility across a large, national organization
