About the Role
Illinois Tool Works - 3600 North Point Boulevard - Responsibilities: Travel to customer site to diagnosis and repair of industrial test equipment; including but not limited to high voltage generators, electrical panels, PLCs, PC, control software and automation components.; Travel to customer site for preventative maintenance, installations as well as emergency service.; Provide customers with timely updates regarding ETA onsite.; Assist manufacturing with system integration and installation.; Work with the Service Coordinator on scheduling, parts orders/returns etc.

- Experience with electrical panels, PLCs, and automation components
- Ability to diagnose and repair industrial test equipment
