Role Overview The Zscaler Sales and Go-to-Market team is a global group of professionals who are passionate about delighting our customers, nurturing trusted partnerships, and sharing their expertise. We are looking for an experienced Healthcare CISO/CTO to join our team sitting in the West region. Reporting to our Healthcare Strategic Leader, you'll manage the following: Act as Zscaler’s technical executive sponsor with the largest healthcare providers and make technology decisions on behalf of the organization. Provide technical leadership and serve in a customer-facing role within the Healthcare GTM team. Oversee all technology resources and establish the technology vision, strategies, and growth plans, supporting a growth strategy by expanding existing customer relationships, acquiring new logos, developing new business opportunities, and cultivating partner relationships. Conduct research to remain up-to-date and knowledgeable regarding industry trends and latest technologies, anticipate new system alterations, and analyze and improve technology standards across the organization. Minimum Qualifications 10 years of experience in leadership roles demonstrating expertise in technology improvement and development within healthcare. BS or BA degree required. Expertise supporting GTM teams within the healthcare provider community. Preferred Qualifications Financial acumen, successes leading complex contractual relationships and excellent understanding of customer behavior. Expertise delivering customer‑centric tools adding value to end‑users while also anticipating internal operational needs, delivering tools that result in value‑added services to the organization.
