Just 20 miles to British Columbia, a mission-driven Critical Access Hospital in Northern Washington seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join a collaborative and supportive team.
With a flexible schedule, comfortable daily volumes, and outstanding earning potential, this position offers a rare balance of professional fulfillment and personal freedom in one of the Pacific Northwest's most beautiful regions.
The position:
• 4-day workweek with dedicated admin time.
• Each physician is paired with 1 NP and 3 MAs.
• Base Salary: As high as $350,000 with Performance Bonuses.
• Full Benefits: Includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement, and more.
• Visa Sponsorship: J1 and H1B sponsorship available through an experienced program.
