Join the growing primary care team at Pacific Central Coast Health Centers (PHC), a distinguished service of Dignity Health.
We are actively seeking a dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (FM / IM) physician to provide high-quality outpatient care at the Med Plus Central Coast health center in Santa Maria, California.

urgent care and occupational medicine services

: Strictly Outpatient – No hospital call.
Compensation and Benefits Salary Guarantee + productivity and quality incentives Family Medicine: $250-$280k annually + productivity Internal Medicine: $260-$280k annually + productivity Sign-On, Relocation & Student Loan Assistance Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer Comprehensive health benefits including 401(k) with match and pension Job Requirements MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA) Active California medical license (or ability to obtain) DEA certification Where You'll Work Med Plus Central Coast
