About the Role
Rochester Regional Health and United Memorial Medical Center in Batavia, NY is actively recruiting an additional Family Medicine Core Faculty member to join our growing program! United Memorial’s Family Medicine Residency Program offers a diverse experience in primary care medicine in a rural community setting. Core faculty members practice and precept in the main Family Medicine office of the residency with options to add inpatient teaching time at our local community hospital. UMMC falls under the larger umbrella of Rochester Regional Health so faculty members are involved in our system’s larger faculty development and academic opportunities. In addition to being part of Rochester Regional, the program is affiliated with the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and faculty members are involved in medical student education in both outpatient and inpatient rotations. - ABFM or AOBFP certified
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities
- Teach and supervise residents in Family Medicine
- Coordinate outpatient and inpatient teaching sessions
