MercyOneNortheast Iowa is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join MercyOne Kimball Family Medicine, a well-established outpatient clinic in Waterloo, Iowa. This is an excellent opportunity to practice full-spectrum family medicine in a single location with a strong patient base and the support of a large, integrated health system.

Position Highlights

• Join a collaborative team of 3 physicians and 1 APP
• 4.5-day workweek with excellent work-life balance
• Call 1:4 with nurse triage only; no hospital call
• Outpatient-only practice; no hospital rounds
• Single clinic location with on-site lab and imaging
• Telehealth and virtual visits supported
• Shared location with pediatric care

Compensation & Benefits

• 2-year income guarantee: $290,191/year plus incentives
• $150,000 bonus package
