This Indian Health Services facility provides comprehensive primary care services to the community with established protocols for routine medical care. The facility operates during standard business hours and serves patients of all ages requiring both preventive care and management of various medical conditions.

The position requires board certification negotiable status with no call requirements and involves working within the Indian Health Services framework.
