The physician associate will provide comprehensive occupational medicine care treating work-related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no call requirements. The clinician will manage 20-25 patients daily with 90% occupational medicine cases and 10% urgent care, performing pre-placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physical examinations for private companies and governmental agencies. The position requires DOT certification prior to starting and involves completing all documentation using electronic systems while maintaining professional behaviors including welcoming, skillful, and respectful interactions at all times. New clinicians receive one week of orientation alongside a permanent physician before working independently.
