This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med/Peds physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
Join a growing team
Call structure: Outpatient call: None, Inpatient call: 1-2 nights per week for unattached patients, Weekend call 1:6
Practice setting: Outpatient and Inpatient
Opportunity to perform small in office procedures (i.e. punch biopsies, lesion removal)
Opportunity to mentor medical students and residents
Provide comprehensive, longitudinal care for a diverse patient panel ranging from adolescents to geriatrics, fostering long-term wellness within the community.
Deliver high-quality clinical outcomes by managing a manageable daily volume of approximately 20 patients, ensuring every individual receives the time and attention they deserve.
Manage a seamless continuum of care through light inpatient rounding (averaging 1-2 patients daily), ensuring clinical continuity from the clinic to the hospital.
Employed position within a nonprofit health system
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med/Peds
Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
