A physician-led practice in Minnesota is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join a collaborative, patient-focused care team. This opportunity offers flexibility in practice design, strong clinical support, and the ability to tailor your scope based on interests—all while enjoying a sustainable work-life balance.

• Flexible practice model – 100% outpatient or traditional model with inpatient, if desired ( Optional walk-in clinic or emergency medicine shifts for added variety)
• Full-time schedule with 36 patient contact hours (or reduced clinic time if inpatient care is provided)
• No required call
• Manageable patient volumes (average 18–20 patients per day)
• Modern EMR with AI-enabled documentation tools
• Full on-site care team and broad specialty referral network
