Oceanside is a unique opportunity to work with a seasoned physician who built her very large and established practice over the last 20 years and benefit from her mentorship and transference of patient good will and trust. The plan is to first establish you in this role and then bring on another physician. There is plenty of parking and you will be working in a newly built out office space.

Compensation: $240,000 - $300,000+, Annually

Compensation Details:

Compensation Range: $240,000-$265,000 Base Salary + Sign-on Bonus+ Profit Sharing + Annual Quality Bonus. The provided compensation range is based on market standards and individual determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience, individual performance, expertise and experience.
