COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)

• Earning potential: 300K +
• $20,000 sign-on bonus (negotiable)
• 10K stipend per APP supervised
• Relocation assistance (amount based on location; paid 30 days prior to start)
• 15 days PTO + 11 paid holidays
• 5 CME days and $3,000 annual allowance

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM)

• 100% outpatient-only setting
• Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Average patient volume: 18-20 per day
• Team includes shared nurse and dedicated MA
