Position Details:
• Outpatient-only practice at an independent community hospital just 20 minutes outside Fort Wayne, Indiana wtih several office locations to choose from
• Incredible schedule flexibility - 3- or 4-day work week options
• Epic EMR, dedicated APP support, nurse triage handles all call, no inpatient or ED required
• Competitive base salary guarantee, wRVU bonuses (up to $75/wRVU), $100K incentive package, quality incentive bonuses, substantial student loan forgiveness through NHSC, and more
• Providers in the practice are making $400K+
