4-day work week schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
15-20 patients per day
Administrative time built into schedule as needed
Call 1-2 nights per month on rotating basis with 16 providers
30-minute new patient visits with flexibility
Many senior adults with complex medical conditions
Mixed schedule between two facility locations
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
