About the Role
Circle K - 221 East Columbia Avenue - Responsibilities: Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees and manage day-to-day store operations; Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure excellent customer service; Schedule staff and manage tasks to maintain store image and efficiency; Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues professionally; Conduct performance appraisals and ensure required training is completed in a timely manner
