Animal Hospital of Lewisville is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our fast-paced, team-oriented hospital. This is not an entry-level opportunity. We are looking for a professional who can confidently manage client interactions, support hospital flow, and deliver a high level of service in a busy veterinary or medical environment. Client Experience & Communication- Serve as the first point of contact for clients in person and over the phone
- Deliver professional, efficient, and empathetic customer service
- Guide clients through appointments, wait times, and treatment processes
- Handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and care
- Schedule appointments and manage a high-volume phone system
- Verify patient records, vaccination status, and medical history
- Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions accurately
- Maintain organized and detailed electronic medical records
- Communicate effectively with veterinarians and technical staff
- Support patient flow for both scheduled and urgent appointments
- Assist with prescription and product fulfillment as directed
- Help maintain an efficient and organized front desk environment
This role requires individuals who are confident, organized, and experienced in a fast-paced setting.
- 12+ years of experience as a Veterinary Receptionist, Veterinary CSR, or medical front desk professional
- Proven ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication skills with a focus on client service and professionalism
- Experience with appointment scheduling, phone systems, and payment processing
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in busy or high-stress situations
- Have prior experience in veterinary or healthcare environments
- Can independently manage front desk responsibilities
- Are comfortable handling complex client interactions and busy workflows
- Full-time or part-time opportunities available
- Weekend availability required as needed

- Competitive hourly pay, starting at $15/hr+ based on experience
